Recipe (per serving): Place 1/2 cup frozen kale, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, 1/2 cup plain kefir. Add 1/4 cup water or several ice cubes if you are not using frozen kale and pineapple and blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
